Relationship support

Understand what you are going through. Rediscover your worth. Choose what comes next with clarity.

When a relationship causes pain, we often look for an immediate answer: stay, leave, forgive, confront or wait. Yet a sound decision begins with a sound understanding.

I help you identify what is really happening, distinguish your responsibility from the other person’s, and determine what can be repaired, transformed, protected — or left behind when necessary.

Without judgement. Without magic solutions. With a structured method drawn from Save Mon Couple.

A central principle

You are the solution to what is within your control.

“What the other person chooses to do is their responsibility. What I choose to do with it marks the beginning of mine.”
See the real problemDistinguish the facts, the wounds, the patterns and their consequences.
Find your place againSeparate your personal worth from the other person’s choices and view of you.
Choose with clarityStay, rebuild, set boundaries or leave, according to what the facts allow.
Why relationships deteriorate

We can love each other without having learned how to build our relationship.

Many couples do not necessarily lack feelings. They lack the guidance to turn those feelings into a lasting relationship.

01

Loving is not yet building

Romantic feeling draws people together. A lasting relationship is built through choices, actions, boundaries, truth and sustained commitment from both people.

02

Dialogue is more than talking

A useful conversation does not try to win. It helps name the real problem, hear what matters and make change possible.

03

Loving does not mean abandoning yourself

Patience, forgiveness and commitment do not require you to lose your worth, carry the relationship alone or shield the other person from the consequences of their choices.

A rigorous, non-judgemental approach

Helping you see clearly, not telling you what to do.

I do not meet with you to label you, condemn you or artificially assign blame. But being non-judgemental does not mean being complacent or imprecise: we examine the facts, the choices, the recurring patterns and the consequences they produce.

01

Understand the deeper problem

Look beyond the visible conflict to identify what is really fuelling it: wounds, beliefs, expectations, contradictions, dependency, a lack of boundaries or avoided responsibilities.

02

Rediscover your worth and self-love

Separate your personal worth from rejection, silence, betrayal or the other person’s decisions, so that the relationship no longer defines everything you are worth.

03

Understand what it means to love and to build

Distinguish between feeling love and taking the actions that make a relationship liveable, fair, strong and lasting.

04

Distinguish responsibilities clearly

Acknowledge your part without carrying the other person’s. See what you can change, what you need to stop accepting and what requires a response from your partner.

05

Communicate, set boundaries and make the consequences visible

Name the problem precisely, express expectations and boundaries, then stop shielding the other person from the consequences of what belongs to them.

06

Choose a direction you can stand behind

Determine what can still be saved, what requires concrete change, what must be protected and, if necessary, how to prepare to leave without abandoning yourself.

My commitment

I cannot promise that the other person will change. I commit not to leaving you alone with the confusion.

Happiness as a couple cannot be built alone. Even with all your determination, a lasting relationship also requires the other person’s willingness, actions and consistency.

This limit does not weaken the support: it allows us to focus our work on what can genuinely restore your clarity, sense of worth and ability to act.

From the first appointment, the work is directed towards concrete reference points.

  • A clearer formulation of the real problem.
  • A distinction between your worth and what the other person chooses to do.
  • A fairer allocation of responsibilities.
  • The foreseeable consequences of the different available choices.
  • An initial direction or a specific action to consider.

This clarity does not remove all pain in one session. It can, however, ease the sadness fuelled by uncertainty, guilt or loss of self-worth, and begin to change how you see yourself and your relationship.

The certainty lies in the rigour of the work and the reference points we build — never in a response that only the other person can choose.

I do not decide for you: I help you clarify the facts, the consequences and the decision you will be able to stand by.

My role is not to advise you to stay, leave, forgive one time too many, or start again as though nothing serious had happened. We clarify the facts, the foreseeable consequences and the boundaries that need protection, so that you can decide with a clear mind and stand by your own choice.

You are not only the person experiencing the problem. You are also the person who can understand it, set boundaries, change your response and choose what comes next.

The book as a foundation

Save Mon Couple extends the work between sessions.

The book brings together the principles, distinctions, questions and actions that inform my method. It allows you to explore at your own pace what we have clarified together.

To move forward in a meaningful way

This support may be right for you if…

  • You want to understand before deciding.
  • You are prepared to look at the facts and your own part without taking all the blame.
  • You want to improve the relationship, set boundaries or assess what can still be saved.
  • You are seeking a clear-headed decision rather than a verdict against the other person.

This is not about seeking a magic formula, automatic validation or someone who will condemn your partner for you.

A clear-eyed approach

Understand, examine, then choose

Understand the relationship, recognize what is within your control, and look at what each person is genuinely prepared to build.

Saving your relationship does not mean staying at any cost: it means examining what can still be repaired, setting your boundaries, and choosing without abandoning yourself.

This approach is for anyone who wants to understand their story, rediscover their worth, and choose a concrete next step, alone or as a couple.
