Digital book — product and price

The complete digital edition of Save Mon Couple is sold for $15 USD as a one-time payment, before any valid discount shown at checkout. Creating an account alone does not constitute a purchase.

Digital book — access and delivery

The book purchase is linked to the account used for the order. After the payment is verified, the reader chooses one language from the available complete editions; this order-specific choice permanently determines the reader, PDF and HTML versions available. The account library is the immediate reference. The summary email is supplementary and may be delayed if email service is unavailable.

Digital book — downloads

Each book purchase includes up to three downloads of the PDF file. Online reading and the HTML version remain available from the account while the entitlement linked to the order is active.

Human support — prices and durations

The offers are: a free 15-minute orientation ($0 USD), a 60-minute Solo session ($45 USD), a 90-minute Couple session ($70 USD), a Solo package of three 60-minute sessions ($115 USD), and a Couple package of three 90-minute sessions ($185 USD). The prices and durations shown by the server catalogue when you choose are authoritative.

Each paid support offer includes a digital-book entitlement for each beneficiary after payment confirmation. No SAVE credit is promised in the public offer.

Human support — account and availability

Creating an account, signing in, choosing an offer or viewing a schedule neither books nor holds a time slot. The free orientation requires an explicit click. For a paid offer, clicking to pay only creates a temporary hold on the time slot during the PayPal flow, for up to twenty minutes.

Human support — payment and confirmation

A temporary hold is not a confirmed booking. Before capture, an expired hold prevents any charge and releases the time slot. A paid appointment is confirmed only when the server verifies that PayPal completed the payment and converts the hold into a confirmed appointment. The interface never reports a payment as successful before that response.

Human support — three-session packages

A package is paid once and includes three successive sessions. Only one time slot is booked at a time. A session marked completed or a recorded no-show consumes one package session and allows the customer to choose the next available slot without another payment, until all three sessions have been consumed. A no-show never means that the session was completed.

The book entitlement is granted once per payment and programme, including for a package, never again for sessions 2/3 or 3/3. A Couple offer provides one licence for the payer and one for the partner, whose required address must be different; the partner must verify that address and then claim their own entitlement.

Human support — cancellation and rescheduling

After the applicable statutory period has expired, a session cancelled by the customer, missed or fully delivered, as well as the portion of a package already delivered, is not refundable merely because of a change of mind or because the outcome differs from what was hoped for. Rescheduling may be requested through support before the scheduled time; it is subject to available time slots and is confirmed only in writing. It does not create an automatic right to a refund. If Save Mon Couple cancels or does not provide the session, the customer chooses a new time slot at no extra cost or a refund of the corresponding amount. If the customer validly exercises the right of withdrawal after requesting early performance but before full performance, only an amount proportionate to what has already been provided remains due. For a package, the contract is fully performed only after all three scheduled sessions. The request must be made through support using the booking or payment reference.

Refunds and mandatory rights

For the book, a refund request may be submitted through the account within seven days of payment; a confirmed full refund revokes digital access. If Save Mon Couple cancels or does not provide a session, the customer may choose a new time slot at no extra cost or a refund of the amount corresponding to the session not provided, under the applicable proportional rule when it belongs to a package. That single session does not automatically trigger a full refund of the package. These rules never limit any mandatory statutory right, particularly in the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, non-performance, non-conformity or a payment error.

An incorrect, duplicate or unauthorized charge remains disputable and refundable under the applicable rules. A session not provided or cancelled by Save Mon Couple is never treated as a consumed session.

SAVE — credits, quotas and subscriptions

SAVE is not yet offered for purchase. Once it is activated, a unit will be considered consumed only after a substantive response has been finalized. After the applicable statutory period has expired, units actually consumed and a subscription period already provided in conformity with the contract will not be refundable merely because of a change of mind. An unfinished response, a technical failure or a duplicate charge will not consume any unit; any affected unit or charge must be restored or refunded.

Cancellation will stop future renewals without removing any applicable statutory rights. Prices, quotas and subscriptions remain undefined until a Product/Finance decision has been approved.
